Privacy Policy

Oreadis is run by an Australian sole trader (ABN 38 712 904 653). This page explains what data the site collects, why, and what happens to it. Plain language, no legal padding.

The only data I collect directly from you is what you type into the contact form: your name and your message. I don't run any analytics, mailing list, or tracker of my own.

Form submissions are handled by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party service that forwards messages to my email. FormSubmit briefly processes your submission to deliver it. Their privacy practices are at formsubmit.co/privacy.

Messages land in my personal inbox (Outlook). I keep them only as long as needed to respond, then archive or delete. I don't share them with anyone.

This site uses Google AdSense to display ads. AdSense and its partners may set cookies on your browser to:

• Show ads relevant to your interests
• Limit how often you see the same ad
• Measure ad performance

I don't see who you are personally — just aggregate ad performance numbers. You can opt out of personalised ads at google.com/settings/ads or from third-party vendors at aboutads.info.

The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may collect basic server logs (IP address, browser, referring page) for security and abuse prevention. Their privacy statement is at docs.github.com/en/site-policy/privacy-policies/github-general-privacy-statement.

This site operates under the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) in the Privacy Act 1988. You can ask me what data I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Contact me via the form and I'll respond within a reasonable time.

This site isn't aimed at people under 16. I don't knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact me and I'll delete it.

If I change anything material, I'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. The current version is the only one in force.
